"Easy Expenses, Reliable Access Anywhere, and Quick Support"

What do you like best about BrightHR?

I find the expenses part really easy to use and the auto calculation for the journey makes everything simple. The fact that the app is linked to it, it means that I can access Bright HR anywhere. When I have got stuck, the support has been quick and helpful. It's always reliable and never have any issues with it. The detail on profiles is good as it has all the employment info to hand which we never used to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrightHR?

On the phone, having to use Pop seems unnecessary and would be better all combined in a single app. Being able to rearrange or customize the left-hand toolbar would make this better as we don't use some of the icons, such as rotas and shifts. The e-learning suite seems basic and not that broad or comprehensive. e.g. no information governance or H&S topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrightHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's given us a comprehensive all-in-one solution for our work needs. It's made claiming expenses for staff much easier and we see this through increased claims. The system is quick and easy to use and therefore saves time as it's easy to find information. It has made sharing performance goals simpler so everyone knows what is expected of them.
