I find using the web browser version to be super easy. I enjoy working the employees rotas, uploading documents in to one place and having the access to the read and accept on documents. Its help speed up process and performance for myself and employees. When ever i have a questions the support is quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the downside would be on eLearning, having some course on Bright Safe and some on Bright, confusing to some employees. Also, the completion and re uploading certificates of eLearning. Which also doesn't let me the admin know of progress. some employees completed course, didn't upload now wont re do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
