What do you like best about Brightflag?

I like Brightflag’s AI-driven invoice review for consistently enforcing billing guidelines. It catches billing issues at a scale no human reviewer could maintain, and our effective hourly rates have come down measurably without an uncomfortable conversation with a managing partner. I also like matter-level budget checking and firm visibility. Firms can see the budget alongside their time and flag potential overruns earlier instead of surprising us at invoice time. What do you dislike about Brightflag?

I sometimes hit a ceiling with reporting flexibility. Standard reports cover most of my needs, but when my GC asks a specific question across dimensions in an unusual way, I have to export data for further analysis. What problems is Brightflag solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brightflag helps me answer our GC’s questions about legal spend—like spending on employment matters, which firms handle the most IP work, and where we’re tracking against budget—in a minute instead of having our paralegal spend days pulling data together in spreadsheets.
