What do you like best about Brightflag?

On the positive side, Brightflag’s AI-driven invoice review is one of its standout features. It can automatically flag billing discrepancies and enforce outside counsel guidelines, saving time and reducing manual review. They are now releasing AI review tools for the end user to allow for review across invoices, which is very exciting. This feature solves the issue of reviewing work that spans multiple months directly from with the system. The reporting dashboards are also useful, offering insights into legal spend trends and vendor performance. What do you dislike about Brightflag?

The platform can feel rigid when dealing with more complex or non-standard billing arrangements. Customization options exist, but they often require additional configuration effort or support intervention.
