What do you like best about BrightEdge?

What do you dislike about BrightEdge?

Data Cube does not work for certain industries (such as firearms), as it will not give keyword data. Modules often lose data connections as well and customer support is slow to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BrightEdge:

What problems is BrightEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?
