"BrightEdge Makes Keyword Research and Site Performance Tracking Fast and Easy"

What do you like best about BrightEdge?

BrightEdge is a very quick and effective way to do keyword research, see site performance, and AI brand presence. I use it almost every day in my job as a content writer for my company. The UI is easy to understand, and there is a lot of value in this tool. I also really enjoy twice monthly meetings with our Customer Success Manager, as she helps us truly understand where we are, what we can do better, and support us when we want to make changes. What do you dislike about BrightEdge?

There is a lot. It's a lot to take in, especially when it's a new type of software. I come from a background of Semrush and Ahrefs, so, though this is similar, there is absolutely a learning curve. What problems is BrightEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've only been with my company about 6 months, but one of the biggest things BrightEdge helps with is our content and suggestions on getting into AIOs and mentioned by other AI search engines. We still very much rely on the SEO tools BrightEdge has, too. I've also recently been using the Content Advisor feature for a new page, so we will see how that plays out over the next couple of months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
