What do you like best about Brightcove?

Brightcove is an excellent video content management system for businesses.

It has a create UI which is easy to navigate, making it easy for our non-technical users to operate.

The streaming quality can be defined and it gives excellent video quality with a smooth streaming experience.

The analytics are captured automatically when using the Brightcove player which makes it easy to get valuable insights right out of the box.

Platinum support tier is one of the best customer support teams I have encountered. Communication is clear and they go the extra mile to help make sure you find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightcove?
