"Speed to Lead Shines with Timely, Helpful Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Brightcall.ai?

First things first: Speed to Lead is one of my favorite features. It’s easy to use, and the support from Fathima was timely and resolved my issues quickly, which I was satisfied with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightcall.ai?

To be honest, the UI and UX could be better compared to what’s available in the market. This is just a suggestion, not a bad review. A cleaner UI and a smoother, easier UX would help enhance Brightcall overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightcall.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically, as a real estate company, we need to generate leads, and the most important thing is making sure those leads are handled on time. Brightcall has solved that problem for us. We also wanted to prevent duplicate enquiries from going to different agents, which was another issue we were facing, and Brightcall has solved that as well. It has helped us a lot, and since moving to Brightcall, the automatic assignment has made the whole process much smoother. Overall, it’s helping us improve and enhance lead quality.
