**What do you like best about Brex?**

I really appreciate how simple it is to create virtual cards that are linked to specific budgets, as well as the option to submit invoices that are automatically matched to the corresponding charges without any manual effort. The automation built into the system makes handling purchases and reimbursements much faster and more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

At times, I notice that my customizations for the Expense views unexpectedly disappear and revert back to the default settings. It would be very helpful if there were an option to include both myself and my team members together in budget reports. Additionally, I have observed that purchases from the same vendor are occasionally split into two separate vendor IDs, even though they share the same name.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing vendor and SaaS service payments in various regions and currencies can be complex. This platform helps streamline those transactions, making it easier to handle payments across different countries and currencies.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

What I like best about Brex is how much faster and easier it makes the entire expense management process. >

UI / UX: The user interface is exceptionally clean, modern, and intuitive. As a manager who regularly has to review and approve my team's expenses, the UI makes navigating approvals incredibly seamless and painless.

Performance & AI / Intelligence: The software's performance is fast and highly responsive, which allows me to log and complete expenses instantly on the go. Thanks to its smart automation and intelligence, the platform handles data entry on the fly. I no longer have to sit down for a dreaded, time-consuming end-of-the-month review.

Integrations & Support / Onboarding: Getting the team onboarded was straightforward, and the system integrates beautifully with our existing workflows. Receipts and data sync effortlessly without manual lag, meaning the software does exactly what it's supposed to do—save us time.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I don't have any major complaints. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is saving me from doing massive end-of-the-month expense reports. Any minor issues I've had are usually just down to standard learning curves for new team members.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How it benefits me: It gives me my time back. By automating the more tedious parts of expense management, I’m able to focus on managing my team and getting my actual work done, instead of spending time on administrative paperwork.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I use Brex for company travel expenses, and I really appreciate how the automatic receipt loading saves me so much time instead of having to manually load receipts. Filing an expense report with Brex is super easy; I simply add a few comments, and the process is complete. The automatic receipt loading makes it really convenient, as it is already there when I log in. Overall, Brex helps eliminate the headache of expense reporting, and I think you all are awesome.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I am not crazy about booking travel on the Brex platform. It isn't horrible, but some of the steps can be a bit time-consuming when looking for specific flights and hotels.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex eliminates the headache of expense reporting. The automatic receipt loading saves me time, and filing an expense report is super easy. I just log in, and receipts are there; I put in a few comments, and the process is complete.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex makes managing the company expenses seamless.  I can anticipate the spending trends based on our historical spending.  What I really appreciate is how easy it is to manage staff spending by setting spending limits and rules. The process for onboarding or offboarding a staff member gives me a sense of ease and minimal risk.  I also appreciate all the rewards available to the company.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Brex is a fine-tuned operation.  They keep coming up with new autamations.  The customer service is awesome, whether chatting or by phone; I feel their support is second to none.

**Recommendations to others considering Brex:**

Compare and you will find that it beats most in regards to cost and reards

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex gives me a great platform to manage our expenses.  They also make it easy if a charge needs to be disputed.  We use both virtual card and physical cards which helps with renewing software.  If an employee leaves the company, their cards are deactivated where no future charges are excepted

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I like that employees can see their corporate card charges as they make purchases and can complete their expenses without needing to create a separate expense report. Brex Support is also usually very helpful and quick to respond, and there’s a lot of information available through the support button. The reporting tool is very useful as well; it can handle large amounts of information and is easy to filter. After using the platform for a while, the UX feels clear, and I can easily find everything I need.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The Travel tool should have more approval steps to prevent things to be charged before approval. Also employees have complained that some changes may not save automatically

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a better overview of how employees are spending

What I like best about Brex is that it’s absolutely amazing and easy to use! The platform simplifies expense management completely, and the seamless dashboard allows teams to track corporate spending in real time with zero hassle. It truly saves valuable time.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

What I dislike the most is that the rewards and features are heavily tailored to specific, high-growth startups or larger corporations. For smaller operations or non-tech industries, it can sometimes feel a bit restrictive compared to traditional business options.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex solves the nightmare of manual expense tracking by eliminating receipts and automating bookkeeping. This benefits me by saving hours on administrative work, allowing me to focus on actual projects rather than submitting reports, while keeping our corporate spending seamless and completely transparent.

Also, syncing or integrations with other tools could be smoother to reduce manual work in some cases. More granular policy control based on roles, category, or conditions would be better, and custom reporting with flexible filter and saved views would be a great improvement.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I like that Brex integrates well with online purchases and Apple Pay for brick-and-mortar transactions. The process for logging in, reviewing activity, and uploading receipt copies is intuitive and efficient, making it easier to stay on top of expenses. The setup was simple for me as I just received the login and codes. Apple Pay integration was as easy as it could be. Brex met my needs as I transitioned to managing the division, addressing pain points for other leaders and their teams as well.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Selecting account codes is too confusing as there are dozens of options that would never apply to our use, so selecting the proper accounting code is problematic.  I do not fault BREX - as this is likely an internal set up issue.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Brex for purchasing team-related items like insurance licenses and travel expenses. It integrates well with online purchases and Apple Pay. The process of logging in, reviewing activity, and uploading receipts is intuitive and efficient, making expense management easier.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex is really easy to use and makes booking travel and submitting reimbursement requests seamless. I travel a lot for work, so have the Brex card and app make my life so much easier. It often fills in information about my trip for me automatically, which is a godsend. Brex's service team is also amazing and has made my experience that much better. Their team is by far the most attentive and effective I've ever worked with. All around an excellent platform and team!

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

If I have trips and many transactions going on, it can be hard to keep track of certain payments and cancellations. With certain cancellations, I find I have to manually keep track of whether the refund has come through or not, so automating that would be super.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex is making the whole company travel and reimbursement process so easy. With our old system, we had to upload all of our receipts manually and add each line item individuals to submit for reimbursement. With Brex, if you use the Brex card, the payment is automatically recorded for the company and you don't have to do any manual submission. It also makes company expense guidelines clear, which removes a lot of the guesswork from booking travel and making any other work-related purchases.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex is very easy and practical to use for the control and management of resources and users. The product allows having multiple virtual cards for different types of expenses, users, countries, etc., which facilitates traceability and costs.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

It's not that I don't like it, I think Brex is great. But what happens to me occasionally is having a purchase declined because the category of the digital store as classified by Brex doesn't exactly match the product and/or service being purchased. In this case, it's necessary to contact our admin, explain the situation, adjust the categories enabled for the card, or generate a new card to redo the purchase.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex streamlined my purchasing management, giving me more autonomy - before, I was very dependent on the financial team at headquarters. As we work in different countries and time zones, this caused occasional delays. Brex increased our productivity and control over expenses.
