I like that I can tag the hiring managers for easy conversation, keeping everything tracked to the applicant. I also appreciate the scorecards to share and note every step under the applicant. Being able to move the applicant to another role when they are more qualified for another opening is very useful. It's absolutely a time-saving tool, making it easy to refer back to the notes on the candidate with all applicable parties.
