What do you like best about Breakroom?

Our Breakroom experience has been great. The team created a customized world for our virtual skills training that represents the work environment of our participants. The team is responsive to questions and concerns and has helped create a fun learning environment for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakroom?

We've had some connection issues at times, but thankfully, the team was able to resolve most issues in a timely manner. Occasionally the site is blocked for some of our clients by their firewall, which makes joining the session difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Breakroom solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Breakroom to host our live, virtual skills-based training sessions for long-term care employees. We converted our live training to the virtual environment, and the team was able to help us preserve the interactive nature of the training in the virtual space. We can now scale our services to a national level and bring the training to more participants.
