What do you like best about Bravo Video?

I really like this platform because it gives customers an alternative to capture their experiences, being through videos and in a very easy way, has allowed many more customers want to do so.

What do you dislike about Bravo Video?

This program is a very viable alternative for the company and has been very accepted by all, but if we would like and would help a lot, they would create or design a strategy to remind clients and users to make their recommendations or comments, because many times They usually forget it.
