The site is user friendly, very easy to use. It's a great marketing tool for understanding customer needs. You can gather useful information from participant's body language or even the tone of their voice. It also connects to major social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Form stack. Adding video category to surveys helps you to collect more information about your campaign. Another thing I like is it's ability to connect other users to your account. Bravo Video doesn't have reminder system for our clients. Sometimes clients forget to participate the videos and i wish Bravo Video had a notification system inside of their site. Overall there is nothing to dislike about Bravo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
