What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

For our team, we use the Publish and Engage features the most. The ability to schedule out your content as far in advance as you want and see it all laid out daily & weekly for an overview is such a game changer. No more Google Spreadsheets having to hold that information for us! The Engage feature has been awesome in terms of helping us sort out our platform activity. Our customer rep has been helpful and the team has done a great job on-boarding us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I wish there was an option to build a segment or feed for "comments and conversations" only, without having to click on each post to read the comments. It's easier for comments and conversations to be missed or overlooked when you have to go post-by-post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to stay organized and see all of my content in real-time. I'm very big picture, Falcon helps me post, engage and listen all while being able to see an overview of our projects.
