What do you like best about BrandShield?

The people and how fast they move. I’m the founder and CEO of Frontline Source Group, a staffing and executive search firm based in Dallas. We’ve been placing people since 2004, and our name and our recruiters’ names carry a lot of weight with the candidates and companies we work with. BrandShield helps us protect that.

Marisa and Sarah have been outstanding to work with. When we report a problem, they jump on it right away. They keep us updated, and they don’t let things sit. I’ve worked with a lot of vendors over the years, and service like this is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandShield?

What problems is BrandShield solving and how is that benefiting you?

Almost three years ago, someone scraped our website and stole our content. Then they built copycat websites that looked like ours and sold that content to other companies. That’s when we brought in BrandShield. They have protected our brand online ever since.

The bigger issue today is recruiter impersonation. Scammers set up fake email accounts using the names of our real recruiters and contact job seekers to try to get their personal information. Those people think they’re talking to Frontline Source Group. It hurts the candidates first, and it makes us look bad even though we had nothing to do with it.

We partnered with BrandShield so we can act the moment one of these scams shows up. They find the fake accounts and lookalike sites and get them taken down quickly.

For us, this is about protecting the people who trust us. If you’re a job seeker or client, know that real Frontline Source Group recruiters only email from an @frtline.com address. Anything else claiming to be us isn’t. If you see it, let us know, and we’ll work with BrandShield to shut it down.
