What do you like best about BrandShield?

Support from our assigned enforcement manager (Sharon) has been great!

Platform seems to work well and pick up the majority of potential risks.

What do you dislike about BrandShield?

There’s really nothing to dislike. The price is high, but it’s competitive, and it feels like the cost of doing business online these days—especially if you want to make sure your brand is protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandShield solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest issue before Brand Shield was scam sites pretending to sell our products, sometimes at massively reduced prices. This generated a lot of contact for our support team, with people asking whether the sites were real, or customers who had been scammed and then blamed our brand.

The work done by Brand Shield, along with our enforcement manager Sharon, has made these kinds of issues essentially non-existent.

With our previous provider, it took significantly longer to get these sites taken down, and we often had to flag them ourselves rather than having them dealt with proactively before they could snowball. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
