What do you like best about Brandquad?

The best part about using Brandquad's platform is that everything can be done from one interface. We started with using their PIM module, and then we looked for solutions for digital shelf analytics. Of course, we considered their E-commerce Intelligence Module. It not only met our requirements, the integration and onboarding was so much easier because we were already familiar with their PIM. What do you dislike about Brandquad?

I think there could be improvements in communicating the timing of releases and the product roadmap. Typically with an enterprise solution, I would want to know about upcoming releases months in advance with proper documentation, so we can prepare internally as well. The team has informed me that they are working on this, so hopefully this will change.

What problems is Brandquad solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have really optimized our workflows and greatly increased our time to market because of the PIM module. The ECI module has really transformed how we use data internally, because it gives us a lot of data automatically and lets us make business decisions quickly.
