What do you like best about BrandMentions?

The UI/UX is very user-friendly, and any random bugs seem to get fixed promptly. Support feels personalized, and it has been helpful whenever I’ve needed it. The pricing is also great, especially considering everything that’s included and how it compares with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

It feels like not all mentions are being captured. Some very basic mentions seem to be missing from Facebook, X, website, or Instagram. Metrics are sometimes missing on captured mentions. The AI insights also aren’t great; they definitely read like AI slop. ChatGPT does a much better job analyzing and coming up with insights just by reading the exported Excel file. I understand there are restrictions with APIs and other challenges, but it would be great to improve the tracking, coverage, and overall accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandMentions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting to clients has been very straightforward. I can build custom reports with an automation script using the exported Excel reports, and overall the workflow works well. The tool I used before stopped including X mentions in its Excel reports altogether, and its custom PDF reports weren’t tailored to what I needed, so it ultimately became a useless tool with a heavy price tag. This one has definitely given me more room to work across different projects and keywords, since the limits feel very reasonable for the price plus I'm saving time every morning.
