What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

I love how brandbassador allows you as a brand to create a fun relationship with your loyal customers and keep them engaged. This is a great tool for getting the word out there about your brand in an organic way. What do you dislike about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

I do not have many complaints about the platform aside from certain glitches that occurred on our account, however, the team was quick to report that to their tech team and have it fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Club (formerly Brandbassador) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using the platform to generate more content from our customers and have them share their positive feedback with their friends and family.
