What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

I love how organized and resourceful it is. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use and I save so much time with this new system. Best of all, the brand ambassadors I work with love knowing the expectations, rewards (payment), and options they have working with the brand I manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

There is a little bit of a learning curve with switching to a new system, but Brandbassador has an EXCELLENT onboarding period where they hold your hand during the entire process to make things as seamless as possible. There are sometimes hiccups, but their chat support is always there to help me figure out any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Club (formerly Brandbassador) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is efficiency. Our previous program was very manual and took up so much time for simple, everyday management. We also have the opportunity to grow this platform in a way we couldn't have before, because we didn't have enough hours in the day. We currently have 6x the amount of ambassadors with a lot less headaches on my end. We are also getting better content, by creating missions specific to what we want.
