- Sources always indicate top platforms which is not necessarily useful since it's always the same 'YouTube, etc.' - Some languages not well supported 'Ukrainian, Taiwanese, Chinese, etc.' don't always show accurately mentions for that languages - The AI assistant sometimes draw conclusions from just one a very few mentions. Some link also sometimes lead nowhere. - Sentiment is sometimes wrong. E.g. if someone says 'I hate that they got me addicted to buying on their website ^^' the AI will categorize it as negative when it's actually not the case. And changing it manually for so many reviews is a good option to offer, but actually not feasible in reality given the volume. - The Trustpilot integration cannot be added separately for each language project. For e.g. using the Trustpilot link with a filter for /fr/ reviews, and adding this to the FR language project in Brand24 actually brings all reviews from Trustpilot in all languages, and in all Brand24 projects. Maybe I set it wrong, but this became spammy. - Linking our own SNS profiles is a bit confusing. Look like you connect one TW Instagram account for example, but this connection is visible across all other language projects. - Presence score is hard to interpret - Keyword limit, a bit, well, restrictive.
