What do you like best about Brand24?

I use Brand24 to track mentions of my product, AI-Powered Buy. Setting up a project was simple: I added my brand name and related keywords, and it started pulling mentions from Reddit, news sites, blogs, and social media into one feed. I like that I can filter mentions by source, so I can quickly see where people are talking about my product without searching each platform myself. What do you dislike about Brand24?

Trial length: The free trial is short, so it’s hard to see real value for a new brand that doesn’t get many mentions yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small founder, I don’t have time to manually search Reddit, X, and blogs every day to see if anyone mentions AI-Powered Buy. Brand24 does that for me and collects everything in one place. It helps me find conversations where people talk about my product or ask for tool recommendations, so I can join in, answer questions, and get early feedback to improve the product.
