**What do you like best about Branch?**

I really appreciate the support from the Branch team, which is extremely helpful. They provide all the available support which is super useful in driving business goals. Branch helps attribute conversion and actions to the right marketing channel and streamlines ROI at the channel and campaign level. It also helps connect internal measurement to external platforms like Google and Meta, making it incredibly valuable. The support from the Branch team also made the initial setup quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

I find that basic features on the UI like filters are somewhat lacking for big corporates. It makes it challenging to separate the work being done across different teams.

The report export data range is limited to only 60 days. This period is too short for meaningful analysis.

We use Branch as our primary channel for customer attribution. It helps us track how customers are getting onboarded across different platforms, and it gives us clearer insight into which channels are driving results. With that visibility, we can optimize the campaigns running across different channels and better manage our CAC.

Creating unique tracking links are very easy , The platform offers deep linking, reliable attribution, easy SDK integration

I feel unique link wise tracking is difficult , as on the dashboard it does not give link wise installs or other attribution you have go to linkhub click on the each link separately to check the stats

I am running mobile app campaigns for a client call Piczio , I am currently running there campaigns on multiple channles including affiliates partners , influencers , Google & Meta Ads , Branch helps me to track & analyse the individual performance and make a decision which campaign or from which channel traffic is coming from

onboarding is very easy any one can use easily and have good integrations with other softwares

search for older branch links and data is bit difficult and its managable and UI and UX is 70 to 80% good and pricing is bit more also Branch enhance in build AI

branch helps in making links which enables customer to lands on appropriate platform, example if customer have app, so earlier they lands on website but after branch now user can land on app if they have app - this leads to increase in engagement and performance

**What do you like best about Branch?**

I use Branch for app measurement and it really solves my tracking problem by helping attribute the right channel and campaign for better optimization decisions. I like that I can set the attribution window and period for each channel, which then gives accurate attribution to the channel and campaign. This helps me make informed decisions on optimization efficiently. The initial setup of Branch was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

The affiliate fraud mechanism is still weak; many publishers pass through that and send fraud revenue and purchase data.

**What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Branch for app measurement, solving attribution and deep linking issues. It resolves my tracking problems, helping attribute the right channel and campaign for better optimization decisions.

Branch makes it easy to create deep links that take users directly to the relevant in-app screen, which is very useful for CRM and marketing campaigns across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and email.

I also like the simple link creation and campaign tracking, which helps measure installs and in-app actions driven by different campaigns. It helps improve the overall user journey and makes marketing attribution clearer.

The analytics and reporting capabilities can feel a bit limited when trying to analyze campaign performance in depth. For CRM and marketing teams, more flexible reporting and easier access to granular data would make it easier to derive insights without relying on additional tools.

Branch helps solve the problem of sending users to the correct in-app experience from different marketing channels. With deep linking, users coming from WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, or paid campaigns can directly land on the relevant screen inside the app instead of the homepage.

This improves the user journey and conversion rates for our CRM and marketing campaigns, while also helping us track installs and in-app actions to better understand campaign performance.
