We're using Branch for marketing analytics and tracking, not product deeplinking. It's easy to get started and I've used Branch across several companies now.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

We'd like to integrate Branch into our webapp seamlessly and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

For us, Branch allows us to track activity on links which helps us understand what's working and what's not, for product and campaigns.

- Do not depend on internal launches to launch the smart banner

- The Account attention is very good. The response time is immediate.

We are using Branch for campaigns tracking. Running FB, Instagram, UAC & influencer campaigns are a challenge when it comes to properly track attribution. Branch helpd us and brings some light to our acquisition funnel. Excellent customer support (got helped a couple of times).

The pannel lookd a bit old for me. UI should be updated.

Mobile attributtion can be a mess and Branch it's really helpful if you want to know your actual numbers.

Branch has many of the same bells & whistles you can find elsehwere at competing MMPs. They differentiate themselves in their industry knowledge and consitently staying at the forefront of changes impacting the technologies we use. Customer support is always helpful when problems arise.

User flows can sometimes be complex for less advanced folks, and the QA process could be improved.

It's very easy to use to create an ad partner link or channel link. Very easy to track performance.

It should be a mobile app also to track the number while you are not in the office.

Tracking is the main benefit which I really like it. Like Facebook, we can't track the number on the facebook dashboard. Because of branch we are able to track all the data.

The only thing the branch lags on is the accuracy of metrics, other than that everything is osm.

We started working with Branch for the deeplinking and attribution capabilities but then have been utilizing the journeys capabilities more and more to encourage customers to download the app from our web site, plus the QR code capabilities to understand the attribution of offline campaigns.  The Client Management team are the best from any vendor that we work with and have been really great in continuing to help us get the best from the tool and app usage has grown expodentially since we integrated.

The administration AI could use a facelift but it doesnt hinder using the tool.

Order level attribution is not there as it shows a cumulative number but it does not give order number wise data for the revenue

**What do you like best about Branch?**

Basic setup and reporting needs work just fine. It's easy enough to integrate a less complicated partner and setup tracking links that can span across web and mobile.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

I think the Branch product at it's core does a find job of doing what it needs to do, where I have difficulty is the lack of technical resourcing to help with nuanced integratinos and account support to work through the process. Setting up partners that need data reporting beyond just app installs, registrations, opens has been transparently difficult for our team. When requesting support we're never routed to a technical rep, rather FAQs which lead to extended timelines to get partners up and running.

**What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Branch we're able to see app activity and how the user flows throughout the journey. This is helpful to understand sticking points for the users and also gives us more understanding of which partners are driving quality traffic for the account vs. spam.

relatively easy-to-use interface and the ability to get revenue data for any ASA & SEO Attribution for revenue and landing page equivalent in the app.

There is still lots of gaps in the SEO attribution section but customer support is always happy to help.

Branch is an effective MMP with stellar customer service. They have made it very easy to get up and running in a short time frame, working with both our marketing and app development teams to ensure a successful launch.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

Separate billing for paid media deep linking. It's not totally clear why this should be an added cost, given that deep links for email marketing were included in our package.

Branch lets us effectively deep link to our app, and track where users are coming from. This means we can accurately assess the impact of our marketing efforts.

Branch makes it super simple to create bespoke links and track attribution across vaious channels. The reporting dashboard is easy to use and pull relevant information. The support team has been great in helping us understand and implement more advanced features.

Need more detailing on the Organic numbers. I am sure that it's the same with other MMPs as well but I am sure Branch can someway figure out a way

The main capability of one link performing different actions per platform.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

Sometimes when I am searching for the Branch title of my link, the link does not come up in the search. That leads me to have to get the URL, then search that, with it then being searchable. Maybe this is a me error but it has plagued me since day 1 of using Branch.

**What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to easily deep link into my app on mobile devices while taking a user to the web version of that link when on desktop/not in app.

1. Click Tracking - It allows multiple stakeholders to leverage Branch for performance tracking.
2. Deep-linking - The platform's support for redirect is really helpful and used in most of our marketing campaigns.

1. Dashboard and UI can be improved.
2. The platform requires a certain level of knowledge and preparation for it to be used in our organization. 
That's all I can think of for now. Branch is great!

We used Branch's redirect feature to help route our users to specific pages in the app, which is a great user experience, especially for targeted campaigns. If we users don't have the app, they can also be easily redirected to the App Store.

Easy interface, ability to get raw data and connection with other tools. Can export needed columns as well. Bulk upload/API of quick links is also a good feature.

Not able to use my custom data sent through custom events, as filters for reports or attributions/optimisations. Should capture uninstalls as well to optimise the campaigns

We are using it for app installs acquisition and even on engagement campaigns. Deffered deep links are also useful for us. Branch helping us with the attribution to different ad partners and helping in decision making. We also send our custom app events for tracking with campaigns

**What do you like best about Branch?**

The simple fact that it's a smart deeplink with multiple possible behaviors within the app is great. There is still not enough shared research on our ROI of using the app instead of standard phone process to make a policy change. Our Analysts seems stuck at the surface level and are not commiting that much to success stories with the app.

**What do you dislike about Branch?**

The large capture discrepancy between clicks and apps opens/installs. Recently all our redirects URL's inside quicklinks disapeared due to a known bug. This is now fixed but it gave us the shivvers.

Also, the fact that automation in creation of templates is in Beta and not bundled with standard corporate license is a bit disapointing since it requires lots of manual work.

It generates engagement with the tools within the app and a "do it yourself" philosophy for the client, giving them the power of choice with their insurance policy.
