What do you like best about Brainfish?

I love how easy it is to use, and I really appreciate how responsive the entire Brainfish team has been-not only in helping us with tactical work, but also in partnering with us to rethink our workflows and processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainfish?

I can’t think of anything else at the moment. Over time, I’d like to see more detailed analytics built into the product, but for now we have enough to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brainfish solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brainfish is helping us scale our Support team. We can’t keep up with the volume of people interacting with our software, and Brainfish’s ability to deflect requests for us is a big help.
