"Knowledgeable, Responsive Partners Who Go Above and Beyond"

5/5

What do you like best about Braided?

They are knowledgeable, responsive, and have been excellent partners. We had a tight timeline that they were able to accommodate and helped us in more ways than we were expecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braided?

The team is small as of 2026 so I felt bad about taking so much of their time but they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Braided solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are our middleware between Salesforce and our EMR. Since being set up there have been zero issues. Anything that wasn't working (which was likely our fault for not identifying it correctly during our accelerated timeline), they have gone above and beyond to support with troubleshooting, identifying the issue, and quickly solving the problem.
