The customization options so you can have light mode and dark mode and it just makes it a lot nicer to use compared to the standard notepad in windows. You've also got syntax highlighting so the different colours just to make all the different types of code stand out and a huge amount of different formats supported. Also the live previews really good because you can get an idea of how it would look when it's rendered in the web for example which is what I tend to use it for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The plugins / extensions are a bit hard to navigate. The store seems cluttered to navigate unless you know exactly what you want. Also some extensions are not supported on the latest version which is one reason to migrate to Phoenix code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
