Core itself is fairly straight forward to use and interact with, when compared to more "database" driven project management programs. We've been clients since 2023 and they have constantly provided upgrades and intergrations with other different providers to make things more seemless. We've had little to no issues as it relates to connectability and performance over the 3 years we've been clients as well. It's priced well below some competitors and for us, is a great ROI. Onboarding was rough back in 2023, but support has been STELLAR, their tech support team is some of the best, always friendly and almost always no wait to talk with a live person who is ready to help. There are some limitations in how projects are set up. It’s definitely geared toward a client-based, client-centered system, whereas we run our projects by a "number" system as they come in, regardless of client name (repeat or otherwise). Because of that, there’s a bit of a disconnect when we drill down into project “Phases” versus how a client-based system would define or organize those same “Phases.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
