The interface is very clean and easy to navigate, which helps me stay organized and productive without having a bunch of tabs open. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** The subscription price feels a bit steep, especially since it’s essentially a wrapper around the Gmail web interface. Even though the overall experience is better, it’s still hard to justify paying a monthly fee for something Google already offers for free. **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were struggling with tab fatigue and constantly losing track of our email and calendar among dozens of open browser tabs. Since switching to Boxysuite, we now have a dedicated desktop environment for Gmail and Google Calendar, which makes it quicker to navigate and helps cut down on distractions throughout the workday. ### 2. I use many email accounts, and Boxy is just awesome to for Gmail. It would be great if it was also possible to add any IMAP account. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** Customer service can be improved. It takes awhile to get a response/feedback. Also feel the pricing is a bit high! **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you use Gmail or GSuite for your business you probably have multiple email accounts. This app allows you to have them all organized , rather than having browser tabs open using up your valuable memory resources. So organization and efficiency definitely benefit me. ### 4. In addition to eliminating the browser tab, Boxy offers a number of customization options not found natively within Google. The interface is much cleaner than GMail, as well. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** I have noticed that the app fails to load my mail sometimes. I have to close and reopen the app in order for it to load all my new messages. It is not often, but it really irritates me first thing in the morning when I know that I should have email. The other isn't really a Boxy issue, but rather GMail limitations that apply to Boxy as well. So if you expect that Boxy is going to eliminate those limitations, it's not. **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing multiple inboxes has been huge for me woth boxy. its help me alot organizing my calender and contacts. ### 5. This app allows you to have them all organised, rather than having browser tabs open using up your valuable memory resources. This neat solution remains in the desktop top bar - three icons ready to click which open drop down tabs - one for Gmail and one for calendar. The third one however, is the one that I love most. It launchers a dashboard/ account overview that highlights all the various connected Gmail accounts. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** As of now i haven't faced any issue while using this app **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I especially like the fact that it loads the actual Gmail interface with all my add-ons. One thing I find it lacking is the new email counter that virtually any other email app has. Yes, you can see it in the BoxySuite Dashboard but it's hidden behind 2 clicks. The app needs a bit more work around the edges but it is a great start to a great product! ### 6. As a student with odd hours of studying and homework sessions, I really like the dark mode. Lastly, the offline and native notifications blend really well with Apple's notification center and the cross-notifications from Mac and my Iphone. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** It’s not free, which I understand can be tough on a student budget, but the productivity boost I feel like makes it worth it. I also wish it offered more customization options, like tweaking notification styles or adding extra integrations with other tools like Canvas, or other apps I use for school I use for School **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boxy Suite has been a game-changer for cutting through the distractions of Google’s web apps. Efficiency is important and it saves me a lot of time by eliminating the need to shift between tabs! **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** It's a bit on the pricy side, like, Gmail is free to use but here, it feels like we have to pay a monthly subscription to use Gmail. In addition to that, I feel it would be better if they add more integrations to at least justify the pricing. **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boxysuite just makes my google workspace accessing optimized when compared to using the browser.
