"Secure, Seamless File Sharing Across Platforms"

5/5

What do you like best about Box?

The most helpful things about Box are its security and its ability to support multiple file types and platforms, all while maintaining a seamless user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Sometimes I have to refresh sessions to apply changes or move files. It’s not a game changer, but it is annoying. After today, though, any concerns I had about Agents and the infrastructure needed to support Agents are gone, and I’m excited to see what comes next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve moved away from other contract and e-signature tools and will be rolling out Box Sign across the business. I’ve also been building workflows for teams using Automation as well as Agents. My vision is to take advantage of the security in Box and the ability to create within Box using Box Ai, which I believe will be a huge game changer. Document sensitivity and privacy are major concerns for us, and they’re central to our bread and butter as an entertainment company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
