What do you like best about Box?

Box offers a convenient, secure way to manage project documents in one central place. I especially value its file-sharing features, access controls, and version history, which make cross-team collaboration more efficient. Keeping important files well organized and easy to access reduces confusion, strengthens coordination, and helps project workflows stay on track and run smoothly. What do you dislike about Box?

As a Project Manager, I frequently work with large files and documents that need to be shared across multiple teams. Box works well for day-to-day collaboration, but the upload size limit can be inconvenient at times, especially when I’m dealing with bigger project files. What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?

Box helps us manage project documents, reports, and shared files in one centralized place. As a Project Manager, having everything well organized and easy to access makes it much simpler to coordinate across different teams. The version history and access permissions also help prevent confusion, especially when multiple people are working on the same project at once. It cuts down on unnecessary email back-and-forth, saves time that would otherwise be spent searching for files, and helps ensure everyone is working from the most up-to-date documents.
