I find Bowimi to be very intuitive, which makes it really easy to make changes to fit the data we want to collect. The tools are easy to use, especially for new field sales staff, as it's quick and easy to train them. The survey methods they use are malleable and efficient, allowing us to update surveys easily and collect data without taking long to fill out.
