I didn't realize the need for stats of documents used by my team members until I saw them in Botwise. We have a quite high turnover rate in the team and we onboard new people all the time. Now I can see if they got familiar with particular documents, what are they looking for and how much time they spent and when on particular things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could use much more insights on customer care agents usage and trends, maybe some kinds of reports that can be exported to PDFs so I can share them with my managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
