What do you like best about Bottomline PTX?

Bottomline has proven to be an excellent business partner, that listens to their clients' needs. Their products are user-friendly, and when I have inquired about them, the staff have expressed positive sentiments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bottomline PTX?

There was a significant issue with their integration of their VendorConnect product with Paymode, but it was rectified in a timely manner. I do not like their decision to move forward with renaming Nexus to "AP Automation for Real Estate". No one will call it that. I don't understand why they won't just call it Paymode like everything else. Just make it Paymode Payables and Paymode Payments. The screens already show Paymode. What problems is Bottomline PTX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payables move efficiently through the system, allowing invoices to be paid quickly. Paymode payments also function smoothly, enabling us to send out both ACH and paper checks quickly once processing is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
