What do you like best about BotStar?

The ease of use is definitely the biggest strength of this app. The drag and drop feature allows me to design the flow conveniently. Besides that, BotStar recently version that allows me to update CSV files is a feature I'm very satisfied with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BotStar?

BotStar is regularly updated, but it comes with some small bugs. Although not seriously affected, it is also a problem that developers need to pay attention to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BotStar:

Take some time to go through the step-by-step video tutorials.

And you should have a flow chatbot idea on paper before doing it to make it easier to grasp what to do. A small note when planning design ideas is to focus on the CMS dataset first to avoid wasting time editing later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BotStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to BotStar, I was able to apply chatbot to some SMBs and clubs on campus, thereby developing my relationships and skills.
