Since the time I have signed up for an account in around 2018, I am amazed by its services and functionalities, before its AI integration. I believe that Botsify really stands up when it comes to chatbot platforms, and the most reliable you can utilize with. I really like about is you can automate it with other platforms and you can customize it based on your liking, according to what you have prompted in AI input. I think the issue comes from the structures they’ve implemented for queries. Sometimes, if the keywords aren’t aligned with the script, it loops back and eventually reaches a point where they can’t comprehend what the inquiry is.
