What I like best about Botpress is the flexibility it gives me to design AI-powered workflows without building everything from scratch. I especially like the visual flow builder, variables, AI tasks, and integrations, which made it possible for me to build a complete clinic assistant with structured conversations, data collection, medical intake, and handoff workflows. The platform gives me a good balance between no-code simplicity and the ability to create more advanced logic when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Botpress is that some advanced features and configuration options can take time to fully understand, especially when building more complex workflows with AI, variables, integrations, and custom logic. I would also like more transparency and easier control over AI usage and costs, as it can sometimes be difficult to predict how different parts of a workflow affect overall consumption.
