What do you like best about BotPenguin?

The best part about BotPenguin is how easy it is to use while still offering strong lead generation and automation features. We’ve been using it for about a year, mainly to handle inquiries from our website and WhatsApp, and it has noticeably improved both our response time and our lead capture process.

The platform lets us build structured conversational workflows for lead qualification, appointment booking, and support without needing any coding. Its omnichannel support (website + WhatsApp), along with ChatGPT-powered responses, helps make conversations smoother, more engaging, and easier to manage.

Sometimes it takes some time to fully understand certain features in BotPenguin, especially when I’m setting up more detailed workflows. However, once everything is configured, it works really well.
