What do you like best about Botkit?

Botkit enhaced our post course engagement which required us to collect feedback of the training we impart and then provide further support. It was easy to use saving us time in connecting back to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Botkit?

Some of my colleagues found the interface not user friendly. The support to provide solution was slow and did hamper our time. Support needs to increase their response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Botkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer engagement round the clock. It is an essential process of our business to engage with the clients before and after training delivered to them and Botkit provided this solution. From the intial query about oru training program to feeback & support after the training the program; Botkit was useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
