What do you like best about BotGauge?

Overall Review:

Botgauge has been a solid fit for our small team since we don't have the bandwidth to build and maintain test cases manually. It's an AI QA platform that handles autonomous QA testing end to end, which has freed us up to focus on shipping instead of testing overhead.

UI / UX: Clean and fairly intuitive once you get past the initial learning curve. Navigation is straightforward, though a few settings took some digging to find.

Integrations: Connected easily with our existing stack, didn't run into major friction setting things up. Would like to see a couple more integrations added over time.

Performance: Test runs are fast and reliable, hasn't slowed down our release cycle at all. Occasionally a test flags something that needs manual double checking, but that's expected with any automated QA.

Pricing / ROI: Reasonable for what it replaces, saved us from needing a dedicated QA hire. Pricing could be a bit more flexible as usage scales with team size.

Support / Onboarding: Onboarding took a little time to fully understand how test coverage works under the hood, but support was responsive when we had questions.

AI / Intelligence: The autonomous QA does a good job covering ground without scripts, though a bit more visibility into what's being tested and why would build more confidence in the coverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BotGauge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems it's solving:

Manual QA testing was eating into our team's time, we didn't have dedicated bandwidth to build and maintain test cases or scripts for every release. Botgauge handles end-to-end QA testing on its own, so we're not stuck writing and updating test scripts every time something changes.

How that's benefiting us:

Frees up the team to focus on shipping instead of testing overhead

Faster release cycles since QA isn't a bottleneck

No need for a dedicated QA hire or ongoing script maintenance
