What I like most about BotCity is the freedom it gives to developers. Unlike other rigid platforms, here I can use Python with full control, taking advantage of any library I need. This makes development much more flexible and powerful.<br><br>On top of that, the bot performance is excellent — I’ve seen tasks that used to take a long time run much faster, which directly impacts project efficiency and reduces costs.<br><br>Their orchestration platform, BotCity Maestro, also makes it really easy to manage and monitor processes. One thing I still find challenging with BotCity is that the DataPool doesn’t have a feature to delete items in bulk all at once. When I need to clear multiple records, I have to delete them one by one, which makes the process slow and tedious.
