What do you like best about Botbiz?

The best thing which i like about botbiz is that it's life time membership plan , many of the other software companies offer monthly charges which is costly , where as botbiz provides life-time plan which is helpful for small business like me . And also after taking this plan , i have also got verified tick on my profile which increases the trust for customer for us and also the team and the after sales service is also very good. So far this is the best WhatsApp API software in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Botbiz?

The only thing which is dislike was little dealy in the support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Botbiz solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem which botbiz has solved is that in the beginning it was very difficult for me to respond to tall the customers query quickly , but since when i have joined the botbiz and integrated it with my whatsapp , from then onwards the customer get instant reply to there query and there is no more complaints for late response . And the automation of botbiz is also very good . The customer support is also very good , as you get instant support from the team. So far this is the best Whatsapp API in the market.
