The white-label is truly complete, not just cosmetic. I run my loyalty brand on my own domain, with my own Stripe account, pricing, and sending address for customer emails. My clients log in, use the product, and pay me—Boomerangme never appears anywhere in that process. That’s the main reason I chose it over building something myself.
The card feature is what really sells it. Customers scan a QR code, and the card lands directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app store, no download, no "please install our app" conversation that kills adoption before it starts. For a coffee shop owner, that difference is huge.
I also appreciate that the entry plan isn’t limited. All eight card types, unlimited cards, unlimited push notifications, the CRM, RFM segmentation, the automation builder, and the scanner app are included from the cheapest tier. Most platforms lock half of those features behind upgrades. Here, the difference between plans is how much you can run at once, not what your customers get.
Two things made setup much easier than expected: promotion codes work natively through Stripe Checkout, letting me offer purchasing-power pricing for emerging markets without custom development. Also, there’s a Google Tag Manager field in the white-label settings, so I could inject my own scripts into the app.
The documentation is unusually thorough for a product this size, and support responds through in-app chat within a day, usually much sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plan feature lists cannot be edited by the agency. I can set my own prices, but I can't decide which features appear in each tier. The "Most popular" badge is hard-coded to the top plan, so I had to redesign my pricing page around it rather than the other way around. The word "locations" in the default plan descriptions confused me for days. It actually refers to geo-fencing pins for location-based push, not physical branches.
