What do you like best about BookSteam?

BookSteam is an effective and automatic solution for the management of appointments, in addition to calendar management and email marketing, is based on the cloud and I love the flexibility it offers, first of all I love the ability to reward the loyalty and constancy of my patients through the allocation of tickets or gift card discount, additionally has allowed us to organize and have greater control of the administrative processes associated with patients.

What do you dislike about BookSteam?

It seems to me a very easy tool to use, effective but I would like to develop a little more integration with other software and programs, we had problems linking it to our website, however the technical service gave us the required guidance and we could solve it. What problems is BookSteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking for another tool for scheduling appointment and we came across this program we decided to take the test for free and we were pleasantly satisfied, although we are 2 days away from the expiration of the free trial we could see that the software is very complete, we managed to insert data quickly and make the necessary adjustments to store our patient database, additionally we were pleasantly surprised by the appointment reminder system is very efficient, in addition to email generates an alert via text message, on the other hand the automated system helped us to organize better as well as increase our effectiveness as a work team.
