What do you like best about BooksGPT?

I’ve found BooksGPT very easy to use. I moved six years of line-by-line transaction history from QuickBooks over in about 15 minutes, and I didn’t lose any of my history. Reporting is great, bank linkage was easy to set up, and the menus are good. It has a lot of the same features as QuickBooks without the constant prompting by QB to signup for online payments, or subscribe to this or that. I like the integration, auto posting, and AI categorization. I can create rules so familiar transactions post automatically, which saves me time and means I only need to review new or one-off charges. The team has been very receptive, and when I’ve needed help, they’ve responded quickly and helped resolve my questions. The initial setup was very easy, too. What do you dislike about BooksGPT?

I find a few minor things that could be improved. Mostly UI preferences, like sorting lists, moving columns, filters, etc. Nothing that is a functional issue or anything I would classify as a bug, just convenience and preference issues, although those may be specific to how I like to see things. What problems is BooksGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a QuickBooks replacement for my LLC’s transactions, financial records, and reporting. BooksGPT made it easy to move six years of transaction history over so I didn’t lose my history.
