"Amazing Customer Service and Amazing Program"

What do you like best about BooksGPT?

The customer service is amazing! I set up my import before I went to bed and I woke up to several emails from them at 3:20 AM, 3:48 AM, and 4:34 AM letting me know that my import had hit a snag and they fixed it and got it all imported correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BooksGPT?

What problems is BooksGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a therapy clinic and each week we have to reconcile what the insurance says they paid us in our EHR to what really landed in our bank account. It's very tedious but there's no work around. Andrew said that he could come up with something to help and in hours he made an option where I can drop a report from my EHR into Books GPT and it will match them and tell me what's missing from my bank account.
