What do you like best about BooksGPT?

What do you dislike about BooksGPT?

I’ve thought about this one for a while, but I still can’t think of anything to add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BooksGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have been a QB user for years but was tired of the constant price hikes, changes to UI that were not intuitive, ads in the software, slower and slower performance, etc. The alternatives I found required lengthy/complicated steps to transfer books from QB and didn't move all the info over so I kept putting it off. The BooksGPT process to transfer was so simple and retained all history, receipt images, etc. and their customer service even alerted me --and corrected-- something before I noticed. This software works better (for us) and is much better for our budget. We receive daily emails of activity/items to review that helps me keep on top of accounting tasks. We also have 3 different businesses and BooksGPT allows us to access all three with one login. The AI/Chat feature is spot-on with assistance and transactions and loops in customer service when needed. Overall a great experience. Cannot recommend enough.
