Customer support is amazing. Moving from QB Desktop to an AI software is quite a move, so I have needed some extra support during the conversion process and the team is responsive and extremely helpful.

Using the AI functionality within the product has made the learning curve much more simple. Don't know where to go to find something? Simply start a chat. Not skilled in doing Journal Entries, no worries, just tell AI what you want to accomplish, it does the work and waits for your approval to post it.

The pricing is also very attractive as I have multiple entities to support, so paying that per entity cost was becoming price prohibitive, so BooksGPT was a very great choice for me.

The performance is real time, and being able to access my information from anywhere is a huge bonus.

The interface is very simple, which makes it clean. I am hoping they bring in some type of landing page where I can view my matrix at one time, but while I wait, the interface is easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
