BooksGPT has made my life much simpler. The Daily Review gives me a list of what needs to be looked at, and helps me stay on track. I don’t have to download each individual item, and it categorizes transactions based on the history in the file. If there’s a question, it flags it for review, and nothing gets posted without my approval. I like the speed of automation and that the features are constantly evolving, learning, and growing. If I have questions, the help chat has a real live person who helps me tweak the import. It helps streamline everything for my simple business, saves on cost, and there’s no upsell going on. I did have some trouble bringing my books over from QuickBooks. When I connected our banks, the files didn’t automatically line up correctly.
