The ease and quickness in import QBO as well as the bank setup. It's quick and quick to categorize as it learns from QBO and also learns right away when you code something. Like anything, it takes some time to get everything working. Love the product and it will grow and scale as I add different clients. Are there some hiccups, OF COURSE there are - to be expected but support hops on things right away. I have not added it to other tools....still getting everything else going. I wouldn't say "dislike" but I am having to go to support for things that I believe (as an accountant/bookkeeper) "should" have already been done. As the problem earth shattering...no, and it's been something a little different with each client I've onboarded. BUT, once they fix it, it is fixed across the board so no one else has to go thru it.
