What do you like best about Bookedin?

It’s reasonably priced and very easy to set up. My customers love how simple it is to use when booking appointments. Best of all, when you need customer support, you can schedule a call through the system—and they actually call you back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookedin?

Ive been with them for about 3 to 4 years, and honestly there is nothing bad about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bookedin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Bookedin, customers would call the shop to book appointments. Unfortunately, some barbers would tell them I wasn’t coming in so they could take my customers instead. Now, customers can book directly through the system. And for my older clients who aren’t as comfortable with technology, I can still book appointments for them over the phone while I’m out running errands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
